Community Assistance and Development Division (CADD)
The CADD conducts training and education on values orientation, the Community Oriented Policing System and the Criminal Justice System, among others, to the police, LGUs, the NGOs and other stakeholders.
It formulates institutional machanisms that promotes closer police community relations and enhances cooperation, coordination and netwroking with people's organizations, citizen's volunteer organizations and Non-government organizations, domestic and foreign.
It undertakes medical, dental and optical operations, bloodletting, sports and cultural development activities in coordination with concerned government agencies and volunteer non-government organizations.
It undertakes and assists in the implementation of PNP socio-economic and other livelihood programs for the PNP personnel and / or host communities.
